Hi5 Adds New Features: Online Now, Status Updates…

January 25th, 2008 by maryse

Some of these features will not be considered “new” by Facebook users but Hi5 fans will be happy to learn that it has recently released the “Online Now” (which can be turned off) and “Status Updates” features. Hi5 has also added a photo organizer, where you can set your album cover, re-order and delete photos with a new drag and drop interface.

In addition to this, a new Bulk Inbox will be catching all messages received from non-friends, while messages received from friends will keep going in the user’s main Inbox.

Hi5 users will also be happy to know that users they have blocked will no longer be able to view their profile pages. Isn’t that the point of “blocking” a user?
